Reservation Process

Customers can make a reservation for our quad biking experiences through our website’s online booking form or by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.

Deposit and Payment Terms

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation:

  • For groups of 1-8 persons: 20€ deposit per booking
  • For groups of 9 or more persons: The deposit amount will be communicated by our booking manager, as it varies based on group size

The booking deposit serves several essential purposes:

  • It allows us to secure and allocate the necessary equipment for your specific tour date and time
  • Enables us to arrange appropriate transportation and logistics in advance
  • Confirms the reservation of equipment and guides exclusively for your booking
  • Helps us maintain service quality by effectively managing our resources and tour schedules

When we confirm your booking, we block the requested equipment and time slot specifically for your group, ensuring availability for your chosen date and time.

Payment Structure

  • The deposit amount will be deducted from the total tour price
  • The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the tour
  • We accept cash and credit cards for both deposit and final payment
  • Deposit can be paid via secure online payment or bank transfer

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Customer-Initiated Changes

  1. Rescheduling:
  • Requests made 7 or more days before tour date: Can be accommodated based on availability
  • Requests made less than 7 days before tour date: Subject to equipment and guide availability
  • In all cases, your deposit will be transferred to the new date if rescheduling is possible
  1. Cancellations:
  • All booking deposits are non-refundable for customer cancellations
  • This applies regardless of when the cancellation is made

Company-Initiated Changes

  1. Weather-Related or Operational Cancellations:
  • We will notify customers as soon as possible when weather conditions or other circumstances require cancellation
  • Customers will be offered either:
    a) Rescheduling to another date (not subject to the 7-day rule), OR
    b) A full refund of the deposit
  • This is the only circumstance under which deposits are refundable

During the reservation process, we require the following information from customers:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Country
  • Pickup Location
  • Drop Off Location

Pickup and Drop-Off

Complimentary pickup and drop-off are included for accommodations within Marrakech city. If your stay is outside the city, we’ll notify you of any additional charges based on the distance.

Equipment and Personal Property

Equipment Damage

  • Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment during the tour
  • Additional fees will be charged in case of damage to the quads or other equipment
  • The fee amount will be based on the extent of the damage

Personal Belongings

  • Marrakech Quad Biking and Moro Experiences LTD are not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the tour
  • Participants are advised to secure their belongings appropriately
  • We recommend bringing only essential items on the tour

Insurance Requirements

  • Participants must have travel insurance that specifically covers ATV/Quad activities
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their insurance coverage is adequate
  • We recommend verifying your insurance coverage before the tour date

Documentation and Requirements

Required Documents

  • No driving license is required to participate in our quad biking activities
  • No ID is required for driving the quads
  • However, we recommend bringing ID for general travel purposes

Photography and Video Policy

  • Participants are welcome to take photos and videos during the tour
  • Permission should be obtained from other participants before including them in photos or videos
  • Our team members can be photographed, subject to their individual consent
  • We reserve the right to use photos/videos taken during tours for promotional purposes

Tour Operation and Timing

Duration and Arrival

  • Tour duration is specified in your booking confirmation
  • For direct arrivals to our base:
  • Late arrivals will be accommodated only if space is available
  • If the tour is full, late arrivals cannot be accommodated
  • No refunds will be provided for missed tours due to late arrival
  • We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time

Safety and Requirements

  • Minimum age: 16 years
  • No specific weight restrictions
  • No prior experience required
  • Safety equipment provided
  • Professional guides included
  • Safety briefing provided before tour
  • Alcohol Policy:
  • Participants under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substances will not be permitted to ride
  • No refunds will be provided if participants are denied participation due to intoxication
  • This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of all participants
  • Our guides have the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication
